Scheduling Your Appointment
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For non-emergency appointments you can click on the icon in the upper right corner of this page to request or call 235-8960.
For your convenience, day admittance appointments are available. This means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to bring your pet sometime in the morning so the veterinarian can examine your pet at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once the veterinarian has completed the examination, she will give you a call to discuss findings, additional diagnostic tests if needed and to give you the treatment plan before you pick up your pet.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Full payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. We promise to provide a thorough treatment plan/estimate of charges before each procedure. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, cash and personal checks. We will also help submit paperwork to pet insurance companies if requested.
You can apply directly to Care Credit by clicking on the Care Credit link directly above.
