Welcome to the Homer Veterinary Clinic Online Pharmacy

We are pleased to launch our new online pharmacy to help better serve you and your pets!

Since COVID-19, we realized the need to improve our prescription refill options, especially with supply delays and staffing shortages. Therefore, we are happy to launch our own online pharmacy! This change will allow you to obtain prescription refills online, allowing our staff to focus on patient care. There are many benefits to using our online pharmacy - including convenience, competitive pricing, guaranteed product handling and quality to name a few.

Please note that we will continue to refill prescriptions at the clinic if you prefer this avenue.

As of December 1st, 2022, if you would like medication filled by a different online pharmacy that is not ours, we will provide you with a physical copy of the prescription. This may then be mailed to the pharmacy of your choice. Please plan accordingly so that you will have enough medication between refills.

Q:  How do I access the pharmacy?
You can access the pharmacy from our website, Facebook page or our PetDesk App.

Q:  Why would I use the Homer Veterinary Clinic Pharmacy over another online pharmacy or Amazon?
By using our online pharmacy, not only are you supporting a local business, you are also guaranteed a reliable and authentic product (not a imposter) that has been shipped and handled properly to ensure efficacy.

Q:  Do I have to use your online pharmacy?
You do not have to use our online pharmacy for refills.  If you prefer you may obtain your refills at the Homer Veterinary Clinic.


Q:  What if I want to use a different online pharmacy?
If you choose to use a different online pharmacy please note that we will provide you with a written script which you may mail to the pharmacy of your choice.

Q: Is it more expensive to use the Homer Veterinary Clinic online pharmacy?
Our pricing is set to be competitive for similar platforms online, and our vendors offer a large number of rebates.

Q: Can I order prescription food?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship food through our pharmacy, but treats and pill pockets are available for purchase online.
You may also access food online through our Hill's To Home Program.  You may visit our website for more information.

Q: Do we have to pay shipping?
Yes, however, the pricing has been adjusted so that the total cost with shipping is still within a competitive price range.

Q: Do the items ship directly to me?
Yes, they are shipped to your address.

Q: Do I need a login?
When you first go to the website you will be prompted to create a login at checkout.
